MEET OUR 2025 SCHOLARSHIP WINNER

At Zuiver, innovation and product development are at the heart of everything we do. Over the years, our collaborations with talented co-creators have led to inspiring cross-pollinations and sparked the idea for something more. We felt the need for a dedicated space where emerging designers could grow, experiment, and gain real-world experience. A place where creativity meets opportunity. 

And just like that, in 2017, the Zuiver Scholarship was born. The concept is simple, yet powerful: we invite a design student or recent graduate to work closely with one of our trusted manufacturers for several weeks. During this period, they develop a product entirely from scratch, from the first spark of an idea to a fully realised, market-ready design. The ultimate reward? Their creation becomes part of the official Zuiver collection, available for sale worldwide. 

The Zuiver Scholarship is more than just a project, it’s a launchpad. It offers young talents a truly hands-on experience in an international, design-driven environment. By bridging the gap between education and industry, it provides a unique stepping-stone into the professional world and helps kickstart promising design careers. Since its inception, the Scholarship has led to the inclusion of several exciting products in our collection and opened doors for many of its participants within the global design scene.
